PPG packaging coatings announced leadership team updates to meet the dynamic can making industry’s needs.

“We are constantly evaluating how best to staff our teams to ensure we’re the standard of excellence for global can coatings,” said Amy Ericson, PPG senior vice president, Packaging Coatings. “We’re expanding our leadership team to remain the integrated performance and sustainability partner that the can making industry trusts.”

Leadership team updates include:

• Marcio Grossman’s role as the PPG general manager of Latin America South and Packaging Coatings Latin America (LATAM) has expanded to include the United States and Canada (USCA) region. Grossman is responsible for developing and executing both the LATAM and USCA strategic plans that drive sales and profitable growth in this position. With 30 years of industry and international experience, he has served in various roles at global companies in the chemical, automotive and food industries.

• Benjamin Jo was promoted to PPG senior director of global packaging strategic accounts. Jo now leads the global key strategic accounts team in this newly created position to deliver long-term, profitable growth and customer satisfaction with top strategic customers.

• Jenica Eisenbach was named the new PPG global packaging technical service director. In this position, Eisenbach has already begun leading efforts to globalize the technical service organization’s processes and procedures, enhance the team’s offerings and champion digital technologies to create and evidence real customer value.

• Anurag Raj joined as the PPG customer sustainability business partner, Packaging Coatings. Raj will be responsible for leading and supporting PPG and its customers’ sustainability targets. In addition, he will proactively work with commercial, product management and technical functions to explore areas of innovation that drive greater sustainable benefits for PPG products, services and customers.
